However you reach us, you'll get a real person — not a chatbot, and not a ticket number that quietly disappears. Our customer-service team is based in the UK and here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

They can help you compare deals, make sense of a quote, start or chase up a switch, sort out something that has gone wrong with a supplier, or simply talk through your options if you are not sure where to begin. No question is too small.

Something didn't go right?

If a comparison or a switch hasn't gone the way it should have, we want to hear about it. We acknowledge every complaint within one working day, tell you what we have found within five, and aim to have it resolved within ten. If it needs longer than that, we will explain why and give you a clear timeline rather than leaving you guessing.

And if our final answer still doesn't put things right, you can escalate for free to the relevant ombudsman — the Energy Ombudsman for energy, or the Ofcom-approved dispute scheme for broadband and mobile. Here is exactly what happens when you raise a complaint.
