Yes. The supplier pays us a referral commission when you sign up — your price is identical whether you switch through us or directly.

Energy comparison is signed up to the Ofgem Confidence Code; broadband and mobile sit under Ofcom oversight. We disclose any commission relationships clearly on every comparison.

What if a deal is wrong?

Email contact@switchsquid.com with the URL — we update the listing within 24 hours and will help you raise the discrepancy with the supplier if you have already switched.

Switch is an independent price comparison website. We do not sell energy, broadband, mobile or insurance products directly — we provide tools to help you compare offers from third-party suppliers and switch when you decide to.

Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep prices and product details up to date. However, suppliers can change tariffs at any time. The price you ultimately pay is set by your chosen supplier in your contract with them, not by us. Always confirm the headline figures on the supplier's checkout page before completing a switch.

How we make money

Switch is free to use. We earn a commission from suppliers when you sign up to one of their products through our site. This does not affect the price you pay, and it does not change the order in which we display deals — our default sort is independent of any commission paid.

Your responsibilities

When you provide details (postcode, usage estimate, contact info) you confirm that the information is accurate. Inaccurate information may lead to a quote that doesn't reflect what you'll actually be offered at checkout.

Limitation of liability

We provide this service "as-is". To the extent permitted by law, Switch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from your contract with a supplier you switched to via Switch.
