Why CityFibre “net-new” matters
CityFibre wholesale is not the same as toob’s own-built footprint. The golden ticket is deliberately narrow: toob wants incremental CityFibre premises that are not already live on that stack. If you already have an active CityFibre ISP, or you are on toob’s own network, expect the postcode gate to refuse the £20 path even when home900 itself is sellable at a higher standard price.
