Black Friday 2026 is Friday 27 November, and Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November. iPhone offers don't keep to those two days: networks and providers usually launch Black Friday prices one to two weeks earlier, and many keep them into early December, so the deal you want may already be live.
The biggest cuts usually land on the previous year's models, as networks clear stock. The newest iPhones more often get a lower upfront cost or extra data than a lower monthly price. The total cost on each deal shows which offer is actually cheaper over the contract.
Not always. Which? tracked Black Friday deals and found most were the same price or cheaper at other times of the year. iPhone contract prices move all year, and a “was” price may be one that barely ran. Compare the total cost over the contract, not the size of the discount.
We record every price in our feeds each day. We only mark a price drop when the previous price ran for at least 30 days, the new price started less than 30 days ago, and it saves at least £10 and 3% of the total contract cost. We compare what you pay over the contract, not RRP or a network's own “was” price.
Each marked deal shows the old total and the dates it ran, so you can check the claim yourself.
Often, if you can pay upfront. Add the iPhone's outright price to 24 months of a SIM-only plan and compare that with the contract's total cost. SIM-only also lets you change plan when a cheaper one appears. See Black Friday SIM-only deals.
Probably. Most networks add a fixed rise each April, and since January 2025 Ofcom has required that rise to be shown in pounds and pence before you sign up. Check it in the deal details: a price that goes up by £2 a month from April costs £24 more over the following year.
Usually, yes. If you order online or by phone you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You may need to return the handset in its original condition and pay for anything you used. Check the network’s terms before you order.
