Has EE launched its Black Friday SIM only deals? Not yet. As listed on 6 November 2026, EE’s Black Friday page says its mobile deals are “coming soon”, and EE says its offers launch at different times through November, ahead of Black Friday on 27 November. Before any sale price appears, the lowest-priced unlimited plan on the Deals tab of EE’s SIM only page is Essentials Plus Unlimited Max at £26 a month on 24 months (was £36), rising to £28.50 from 31 March 2027 and £31 from 31 March 2028. EE also advertises unlimited data from £12 a month for customers who qualify for EE One savings. Lyca Mobile, which uses EE’s masts, sells unlimited data for £12.50 for your first 30 days with no contract. This SwitchSquid guide shows EE’s SIM only prices before the sale, what a good EE Black Friday price would look like, and cheaper SIMs on the same network. If you buy through the links on this page, we may earn a commission from the network; it does not change the price you pay.

Lyca Mobile unlimited data on EE’s network
- £12.50 for your first 30 days, then £25 a month, on a 30-day plan with no contract, as listed on 6 November 2026
- No code needed: half price for new customers, with unlimited UK calls and texts and up to 35GB of EU roaming
- Main limitation: the price rises to £25 a month from your second month, and you do not get EE’s stores or Inclusive Extras
When do EE’s Black Friday SIM only deals start?
EE has not given a single start date. Its Black Friday page answers the question directly: “our Black Friday offers can launch at different times depending on the product or category”, and EE says it will update the page as more deals go live through November. Black Friday itself is Friday 27 November 2026, with Cyber Monday on 30 November.
EE has already started on tech and gaming. As listed on 6 November 2026, its Black Friday page showed offers such as JBL headphones for £39 and a Nintendo Switch 2 console for £404.99, while its mobile and broadband sections said “coming soon”. So the sale has begun, but not for SIMs.
EE also says offer dates vary, and some deals may finish before others. If you see an EE SIM price you like once the sale opens, read the dates on the offer itself rather than assuming it lasts to Cyber Monday. Our guide to when Black Friday SIM only deals start lists the dates each network has published.
EE SIM only prices before Black Friday
These are the 24-month SIM only plans EE listed for new customers on 6 November 2026. EE sets its mid-contract rises in pounds, so each plan shows the price from 31 March 2027 and 31 March 2028 next to the starting price. Every plan includes unlimited UK calls and texts.
EE plan (24 months) | Data | Monthly price | From 31 March 2027 | From 31 March 2028 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
SIM 25GB | 25GB | £16 | £18.50 | £21 |
SIM 100GB | 100GB | £21 | £23.50 | £26 |
Essentials Plus Unlimited Max (offer, was £36) | Unlimited | £26 | £28.50 | £31 |
No Frills Unlimited | Unlimited | £27 | £29.50 | £32 |
All Rounder (offer, was £37) | Unlimited plus extras | £33 | £35.50 | £38 |
Two things stand out. First, EE lists Essentials Plus Unlimited Max at £26 a month on its Deals tab, below the £27 No Frills Unlimited plan on its Standard tab, so if you want unlimited data from EE before the sale, the offer plan is the one to look at. Second, if you do not need unlimited, 100GB costs £21 a month. Your phone’s settings show last month’s mobile data, so look before you choose.
What would a good EE Black Friday SIM price be?
A sale price is only a deal if it beats what EE already charges. EE’s pre-sale prices give a clear yardstick, so use them as your benchmark when the Black Friday offers appear.
Good: unlimited data on 24 months for less than £26 a month, or 100GB for less than £21. Either would beat EE’s own pre-sale offer prices.
Fair: unlimited data at £26 to £27 a month. That matches the plans EE already listed before the sale, so it is not a Black Friday saving.
Weak: a “deal” built mainly on extras, such as a streaming add-on, with a monthly price at or above EE’s pre-sale list. Value an extra at what you would really pay for it, and ignore anything you would cancel after the free months.
Remember the EE-network alternatives in the next section too. An EE Black Friday price has to beat both EE’s own list and the cheaper SIMs on the same masts to be worth taking.
Cheaper SIMs on EE’s network
Several networks rent space on EE’s masts, so your signal at home and work is the same as an EE customer’s. You usually give up EE’s extras and its fastest 5G+ features, but you can pay far less. Lyca Mobile moved its UK customers onto EE’s network through BT Wholesale, and Ecotalk also runs on EE.
Network on EE’s masts | Plan | Contract | Monthly price | Price changes | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Lyca Mobile | UK Plan Unlimited | 30 days, no contract | £12.50 for your first 30 days | £25 a month after the new-customer half-price month | Trying unlimited data without a contract |
Lyca Mobile | UK Plan Mega Plus 120GB | 30 days, no contract | £10 for your first 30 days | £20 a month after the first 30 days | Big data allowance on a budget |
Ecotalk | 100GB | 30 days, no contract | £18 | Ecotalk says it has no annual price rises | A flat price with no contract |
EE | SIM 100GB | 24 months | £21 | £23.50 from 31 March 2027, £26 from 31 March 2028 | EE’s extras and stores |
Lyca’s first-month prices are new-customer offers, so judge it on the price you pay from month two. Even then, Lyca’s 120GB plan at £20 a month on a rolling plan costs less than EE’s £21 100GB contract, and you can leave at any time. Ecotalk is the simplest price story: 100GB for £18 a month, 30-day terms, and no yearly rises, according to Ecotalk’s plans page.
Ecotalk 100GB on EE’s network for £18 a month
- £18 a month for 100GB on a 30-day rolling plan, as listed on 6 November 2026
- No code needed: Ecotalk says it has no annual price rises, and you can leave at any time
- Main limitation: you do not get EE’s stores or Inclusive Extras
Our EE network SIM only deals page compares more plans on the same masts, and our Lyca Mobile review covers its service in detail.
Can existing EE customers get Black Friday deals?
Some of them. EE’s Black Friday page says some offers will be open to existing customers, “depending on the product and offer”, including eligible upgrade offers. It does not promise that every sale price will be open to people already on EE.
If you are already with EE, the cheapest route may be an extra line rather than a new contract. As listed on 6 November 2026, EE offered existing customers a 5GB extra SIM for £10 a month, rising to £12.50 from 31 March 2027 and £15 from 31 March 2028. EE also says you can move to SIM only in the last 45 days of your phone contract. Our guide to EE SIM only deals for existing customers explains how to ask for a better price before you leave.
How EE’s March price rises change what you pay
EE prices its mid-contract rises in pounds, and on its SIM only plans the rise is £2.50 a month each year from 31 March. On a 24-month plan that starts in November, you pay the starting price first, then EE’s listed price from 31 March 2027, then its listed price from 31 March 2028.
The rise is the same on cheap and dear plans, so it matters most at the bottom of the range. That is why we show every rise in pounds: it lets you compare EE fairly with a rolling plan or with a network such as Ecotalk that says it does not raise prices each year.
How to switch to EE or an EE-network SIM
Check coverage where you live and work. EE says it is the UK’s best network, but signal still varies by street. Lyca and Ecotalk use the same masts, so EE’s coverage checker is a good guide for them too.
Know your data use. Your phone’s settings show how much mobile data you used last month. If it is under 50GB, you do not need unlimited.
Check your current contract. Text INFO to 85075 to see your end date and any early exit fees before you switch.
Get your PAC or STAC. Text PAC to 65075 to keep your number, or STAC to 75075 for a new one. Both are free and valid for 30 days.
Compare when EE’s sale prices appear. Check any EE Black Friday SIM price against the pre-sale list above and the EE-network plans before you order.
Fit summary
Wait for EE’s Black Friday SIM prices if: you want EE itself, with its stores and extras, and want unlimited data for less than £26 a month.
Choose EE’s 100GB plan if: you want EE on a contract and 100GB covers you, at £21 a month on 24 months.
Choose Lyca Mobile if: you want EE’s coverage without a contract and a cheap first month. Budget for the full price from month two.
Choose Ecotalk if: you want a flat monthly price on EE’s network with no yearly rises and no contract.
Look elsewhere if: EE’s signal is weak where you live. giffgaff, on O2’s network, sells 40GB for £8 a month on 18 months, as listed on 6 November 2026. Our Black Friday SIM only deals page covers every network.
Important conditions
EE’s prices are as listed on EE’s SIM only page on 6 November 2026 for new customers, without EE One savings. EE’s Black Friday prices may be different, and EE says offer dates vary.
EE’s rises from 31 March 2027 and 31 March 2028 are EE’s own figures. EE may slow unlimited data at busy locations if you use over 600GB a month, under its fair use policy.
Lyca’s first-30-day prices are half-price new-customer offers. Lyca’s unlimited plan includes up to 35GB of EU roaming, and its 120GB plan up to 12GB.
Ecotalk’s plans are 30-day rolling, and Ecotalk says it does not raise prices each year.
Coverage, speeds and 5G depend on where you live. Check before you switch.

Final decision card
EE has not published its Black Friday SIM prices yet, and says its offers will launch at different times through November. Before the sale, EE listed 100GB for £21 a month and unlimited data for £26 a month on 24 months, as listed on 6 November 2026, each rising by £2.50 from 31 March 2027 and again in 2028. Treat those as the prices EE’s sale has to beat. If you just want EE’s coverage for less, Lyca Mobile gives unlimited data for £12.50 for the first 30 days with no contract, and Ecotalk gives 100GB for a flat £18 a month. If EE’s signal is weak where you live, giffgaff gives 40GB on O2’s masts for £8 a month. Not sure which suits you? Squid AI can suggest plans from your data use and budget.
giffgaff 40GB for £8 a month on O2’s network
- £8 a month on an 18-month contract, as listed on 6 November 2026
- No code needed: a 6GB plan plus 34GB extra data for 18 months, with no credit check
- Main limitation: it uses O2’s masts rather than EE’s, so check O2 coverage where you live first
FAQ
When do EE’s Black Friday SIM only deals start in 2026?
EE has not given one start date. Its Black Friday page says offers launch at different times depending on the product, and as listed on 6 November 2026 its mobile deals were “coming soon”. Black Friday itself is Friday 27 November 2026.
What is EE’s lowest-priced unlimited SIM only plan?
As listed on 6 November 2026, the lowest unlimited price on the Deals tab of EE’s SIM only page was Essentials Plus Unlimited Max at £26 a month on 24 months, down from £36. It rises to £28.50 from 31 March 2027 and £31 from 31 March 2028. EE also advertises unlimited data from £12 a month for customers who qualify for EE One savings.
Can existing EE customers get Black Friday deals?
EE says some Black Friday offers will be available to existing customers, depending on the product and offer. Existing customers can also add an extra SIM, such as 5GB for £10 a month as listed on 6 November 2026. Check the terms of each offer to see if it applies to you.
Does EE put its prices up every year?
Yes. EE’s SIM only plans rise by £2.50 a month each year from 31 March, and EE shows the new prices in pounds on its plan list. On a 24-month plan that starts in November, you will usually see two rises during the contract.
Which cheaper SIMs use EE’s network?
Lyca Mobile and Ecotalk both run on EE’s network, so your signal is the same as an EE customer’s at the same address. You do not get EE’s own extras, such as its Inclusive Extras streaming add-ons.
Is it worth waiting for EE’s Black Friday SIM deal?
If you want EE itself and unlimited data, waiting could bring a price below £26 a month, but EE has not confirmed any sale prices. If 100GB covers you, Ecotalk sells 100GB on EE’s network for £18 a month with no contract. If an EE-network SIM such as Lyca or Ecotalk suits you, compare any EE sale price with it before you wait.
Can I keep my number when I move to EE or Lyca?
Yes. Text PAC to 65075 to get your porting code, which is free and valid for 30 days. Give it to your new network when you order, and your number usually moves within one working day.
