Mozillion’s 80GB SIM was £9.90 a month on a 1-month plan when we checked on 28 October 2026, with unlimited UK calls and texts on EE’s network, no credit check, no mid-contract price rises and EU roaming in 41 countries. You can leave at the end of any month. It is not the cheapest 80GB plan with no contract, though: Talkmobile’s 80GB plan was £8.95 every 30 days when we checked on 28 October 2026, which comes to £116.35 over the 13 payments in a year against £118.80 for Mozillion’s 12 monthly payments. That is £2.45 a year in Talkmobile’s favour.

This review covers what Mozillion’s 80GB plan includes, how it compares with Talkmobile’s 80GB plan, who it suits and how to switch. We may earn a commission if you buy through the deal buttons on this page. It doesn’t change the price you pay.

Mozillion 80GB at a glance

These details come from Mozillion’s own 80GB 1-month plan page, when we checked on 28 October 2026.

  • Data: 80GB a month of 4G and 5G data.

  • Price: £9.90 a month. The first month is paid when you order, so there is no separate upfront fee on top.

  • Term: one month at a time. The plan renews each month until you cancel or change it.

  • Network: EE. Mozillion says it uses EE’s 4G and 5G network, so coverage matches what an EE customer gets in the same place.

  • Calls and texts: unlimited UK minutes and texts.

  • Credit check: Mozillion lists “No credit check” on the plan.

  • Price rises: Mozillion lists “No mid-contract price rises”.

  • Roaming: EU roaming in 41 countries and territories. On the 80GB plan, Mozillion says up to 25GB of the allowance can be used while roaming in those destinations.

  • Extras: hotspot use, Wi-Fi calling, eSIM for compatible phones and the option to keep your number.

Mozillion also runs a shopping rewards scheme that can reduce your bill. Prices on this page leave it out, because what you get back depends on what you buy and where.

Mozillion 80GB vs Talkmobile 80GB

Both plans give 80GB with unlimited UK calls and texts, no credit check and the freedom to leave without a long contract. The differences are the network, the billing cycle and roaming.

Prices come from each provider’s own plan pages. Every yearly figure assumes the price stays the same. Talkmobile bills every 30 days, so you make 13 payments in a year rather than 12. That is why its lower monthly price only works out £2.45 a year cheaper than Mozillion’s rolling plan.

Choose Mozillion if EE is strong where you live and work, you want a bill on the same date each calendar month, or you want Mozillion’s stated promise of no mid-contract price rises. Choose Talkmobile if Vodafone or Three coverage suits you better, or you travel to one of the European destinations outside Mozillion’s 41. For more on Talkmobile, read our Talkmobile review. Pros and cons

  • Good: 80GB for under £10 a month with no long commitment, on EE’s 4G and 5G network.

  • Good: no credit check, hotspot use and Wi-Fi calling are all included.

  • Good: a 25GB roaming allowance in 41 European destinations is generous for a plan at this price.

  • Watch: Talkmobile’s 80GB plan costs £2.45 less over a year.

  • Watch: a rolling price can change between months, so check it before each renewal if your budget is tight.

  • Watch: Mozillion’s phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, according to its own site, so check that suits you before you switch.

If 80GB is more than you need

Check your phone’s data screen for the last three months before you choose. If you rarely go past 30GB to 40GB, a smaller plan saves money. Mozillion’s 30GB 1-month plan was £7.90 a month when we checked on 28 October 2026. SMARTY’s 40GB 1-month plan was £7 a month through our link when we checked on 27 October 2026, for new SMARTY customers on Three’s network.

Need less data? SMARTY 40GB — £7 a month, cancel any time

  • 40GB of 5G and 4G data with unlimited UK calls and texts for £7 a month through our link, when we checked on 27 October 2026
  • £84 over 12 months (£7 × 12) if the price stays the same; 1-month plan with no credit check
  • Main limitation: half the data of the 80GB plan, new SMARTY customers only, and it runs on Three’s network, so check coverage first

Who the Mozillion 80GB plan suits

  • Good fit: heavy data users who hotspot a laptop or stream on the commute, get good EE signal and want 80GB with no long contract.

  • Good fit: people coming off a contract who want to test EE’s coverage before committing to anything longer.

  • Consider Talkmobile instead: if Vodafone or Three works better where you are, or saving £2.45 a year matters more than calendar-month billing.

  • Think twice: if you often travel outside Europe, because Mozillion’s included roaming covers 41 European destinations.

Important conditions

  • Price changes: the £9.90 price is what Mozillion listed when we checked on 28 October 2026. A rolling plan’s price is set month to month, so confirm it on Mozillion’s page before you pay.

  • Roaming allowance: on the 80GB plan, up to 25GB can be used in Mozillion’s 41 EU roaming destinations, and calls are to local numbers within the same country.

  • Coverage: the plan uses EE’s network. Check your postcode on Mozillion’s coverage checker before you order.

  • Rewards: any shopping rewards that reduce your bill are separate from the plan price and depend on what you buy.

How to switch to Mozillion and keep your number

  1. Check coverage. Enter your home and work postcodes on Mozillion’s coverage checker.

  2. Get your PAC code. Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone. It’s free and the code is valid for 30 days.

  3. Order the plan. Choose the 80GB 1-month plan through the View this deal button, then pick a physical SIM or an eSIM. Mozillion says most iPhones from the iPhone 11 onwards and recent Samsung and Google Pixel phones support its eSIM; dial *#06# and look for an EID number to check yours.

  4. Activate and move your number. Give Mozillion your PAC code once your SIM is ready. Your number usually moves within one working day, and your old plan is cancelled automatically.

  5. Check your old contract. If you are still in a minimum term, your current network may charge an exit fee, so check before you switch.

FAQ

Is Mozillion’s 80GB SIM worth it?

For most heavy data users who get good EE signal, yes. When we checked on 28 October 2026, it was £9.90 a month on a 1-month plan with unlimited UK calls and texts, no credit check, hotspot use and up to 25GB of roaming in 41 European destinations.

Is Mozillion or Talkmobile cheaper for 80GB with no contract?

Talkmobile, by a small margin. When we checked on 28 October 2026, Talkmobile’s 80GB plan was £8.95 every 30 days, or £116.35 over 13 payments in a year. Mozillion’s 80GB 1-month plan was £9.90 a month, or £118.80 a year.

Does Mozillion do a credit check?

No. Mozillion lists “No credit check” on its 80GB 1-month plan. You still need a payment card to pay the first month when you order.

Which network does Mozillion use?

Mozillion uses EE’s 4G and 5G network. Your coverage and speeds will match what an EE customer gets in the same place, so check your home and work postcodes before you order.

Can Mozillion put the price up during my plan?

Mozillion says there are no mid-contract price rises. On a 1-month plan, though, each month is a new term, so the price can change between months. Confirm the price on Mozillion’s page before you buy.

Can I use my Mozillion 80GB abroad?

Partly. Mozillion includes EU roaming in 41 countries and territories, and on the 80GB plan up to 25GB of your allowance can be used there. Calls and texts while roaming are to local numbers within the same country.

Is 80GB enough for hotspotting a laptop?

For most people, yes. 80GB covers regular laptop work, video calls and streaming over a hotspot, and Mozillion allows hotspot use on the plan. If you work on mobile data every day, check your usage first.
