What the early iD Mobile Black Friday offer includes

Black Friday 2026 is Friday 27 November. Mobiles.co.uk’s iD Mobile Black Friday page says to check back for a whole month of offers in November, and some plans already carry its Black Friday labels. The headline is data: iD Mobile handset plans that were sold with 100GB carry a “5x Data, was 100GB” label, which takes the allowance to 500GB a month for the same monthly price.

Each plan also includes the standard iD Mobile extras that Mobiles.co.uk lists on the deal page:

• Data Rollover, so unused data moves into the next month instead of being lost

• Roaming in 50 destinations, included in the plan; check iD Mobile’s destination list and fair use rules before you travel

• 90 days of McAfee security protection at no charge

• 99% coverage, as listed by Mobiles.co.uk; iD Mobile runs on the Three network

All of the plans in this guide are 24-month contracts for new customers, so you join iD Mobile and can bring your number with you. Existing customers who want to stay on their network have a separate upgrade offer, covered further down.

iD Mobile Black Friday phone deals compared

The table shows each phone when we checked on 29 October 2026. The 24-month total assumes the plan starts in November 2026 and includes the upfront cost and the £1.80 April rises in 2027 and 2028. Mobiles.co.uk’s own total cost of ownership figures are £3.60 lower, for example £691.96 for the Galaxy S26 FE, because they count six months at the starting price.

“From” prices are for the lowest-priced colour and the plan shown on the Mobiles.co.uk deal page. Other colours or storage sizes can cost more; the Pixel 11 Pro 512GB, for example, was £34.99 a month with £75 upfront.

What each phone costs over 24 months

The monthly price is only part of the cost. Because each plan rises by £1.80 every April, a contract that starts in November 2026 runs for five months at the starting price, twelve months at £1.80 more, and seven months at £3.60 more. That adds £46.80 over the 24 months.

• Galaxy S26 FE 128GB: 5 months at £25.99, 12 at £27.79 and 7 at £29.59 come to £670.56, plus £25 upfront, for about £695.56.

• Pixel 11 Pro 256GB: 5 months at £29.99, 12 at £31.79 and 7 at £33.59 come to £766.56, plus £75 upfront, for about £841.56.

• iPhone 18 Pro 256GB: 5 months at £52.99, 12 at £54.79 and 7 at £56.59 come to £1,318.56, plus £75 upfront, for about £1,393.56.

The Pixel 11 Pro costs about £146 more than the Galaxy S26 FE over two years, and the iPhone 18 Pro costs about £552 more than the Pixel. If the phone you want is not one of these, the same sums apply: multiply the monthly price by 24, add £46.80 for the April rises, then add the upfront cost.

Is 500GB of data worth it?

For most people, 500GB is far more than they will use. A typical month of browsing, social media, maps and music on a phone sits well under 50GB, and even daily HD video on a commute rarely passes 100GB. The 5x data label does not change the monthly price, so the extra allowance is a bonus rather than a reason to pay more.

Where it does help is if you use your phone as a home or laptop connection. Hotspotting a laptop for remote work, streaming to a tablet on the train, or using your phone while you wait for a broadband installation can all burn through 100GB in a few weeks. With 500GB and Data Rollover, you are unlikely to hit the limit.

Refurbished phones: £20 off with code BFREFURB20

Mobiles.co.uk also lists £20 off refurbished phones on iD Mobile with the code BFREFURB20. Two stand out on price when we checked on 29 October 2026:

• iPhone 15 128GB, Excellent condition: 400GB of data from £23.99 a month with £29 upfront, rising to £25.79 from April 2027 and £27.59 from April 2028, about £651.56 over 24 months before the code.

• Galaxy S25 128GB, Excellent condition: 400GB of data from £24.99 a month with £29 upfront, about £675.56 over 24 months before the code.

Refurbished phones from Mobiles.co.uk are tested and reconditioned, come with a 12-month warranty against faults, arrive data-wiped with a charging cable and SIM tool, and have a battery health of at least 80%. “Excellent” is the top grade and means only minor cosmetic marks at most. The 5x data offer is for new phones; the refurbished iPhone 15 plan comes with 400GB, which is still more than most people use.

Should you buy now or wait for 27 November?

Black Friday phone prices do not always fall further on the day itself. Retailers that start early often keep the same offer running through November, and some add gifts or vouchers rather than cutting the monthly price. There is no guarantee these prices drop again, and no guarantee they stay the same.

Things to check before you order

• Contract length: all of these plans are 24 months. Leaving early usually means paying the remaining monthly charges.

• April price rises: £1.80 a month every April, written into the contract, so you know the cost in advance.

• Credit check: pay monthly phone contracts normally need a credit check, and the price applies for the full minimum term.

• New customers: the 5x data prices are for new contracts. You can keep your number by texting PAC to 65075 on your current network and giving the code when you order.

• Codes: BFREFURB20 is for refurbished phones and BFUPG20 is for upgrades. Check the discount appears in the basket before you pay.

• Coverage: iD Mobile uses the Three network, so check coverage at your home and workplace postcode.

For most people, the Galaxy S26 FE at £25.99 a month with £25 upfront is the best value in the early offer, at about £695.56 over two years with 500GB of data. The Pixel 11 Pro is the pick if you want a flagship camera for about £146 more over the contract.
