The Switch Squid Brand was established this year with the backing of a team with experience of over 20 combined years in the utility industry.

Switch Squid is now in a prime position to grow rapidly and for that growth, we need special, hard-working, and dedicated people.

The Role in a nutshell, is not limited to:

– Contacting businesses by telephone and email to Fact Find the specific information of their current bills e.g., existing energy supplier(s), broadband ISP, etc.;

– Finding and qualifying business opportunities through effective and open questioning

– Building rapport with Gatekeepers and Decision Makers alike

– Achieving personal call targets and contract conversion by providing solid, qualified business leads to the Closing Team

Knowledge and Skills:

– Previous outbound phone calling is essential

– Must be computer and MS Office literate

– Previous experience selling commercial utilities is beneficial, although full training and ongoing development is provided

– Articulate so as to deliver a message in a simple yet concise pitch

Required Experience:

– Proven telesales experience – Outbound calling experience

– Must be computer and MS Office literate

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday: 10:00hrs – 14:00hrs: 20hrs Per week
